For Employees

How to Sign Up

  1. Download the Lunch Attendance App from your company's internal app store or request an invitation link from your administrator
  2. Enter your company email address
  3. Follow the verification steps
  4. Create a password
  5. Complete your profile (dietary preferences, allergies, etc.)

Checking In for Lunch

  1. Open the app before the daily cutoff time (usually 9:30 AM, but check with your administrator)
  2. Tap the "Check In for Today" button on the home screen
  3. Confirm your attendance when prompted
  4. You'll receive a confirmation notification

Viewing Your History

  1. Navigate to the "My History" tab
  2. View your attendance record and payment status
  3. Filter by date range or payment status

Making Payments

  1. Go to the "Payments" section
  2. View your current balance
  3. Select a payment method
  4. Follow the prompts to complete payment

For Administrators

Managing Users

  1. Access the Admin Dashboard
  2. Select "User Management"
  3. Add new users, edit profiles, or deactivate accounts as needed

Generating Reports

  1. Go to the "Reports" section
  2. Select report type (attendance, payments, trends)
  3. Set date parameters
  4. Export or share reports as needed
