For Employees
How to Sign Up
- Download the Lunch Attendance App from your company's internal app store or request an invitation link from your administrator
- Enter your company email address
- Follow the verification steps
- Create a password
- Complete your profile (dietary preferences, allergies, etc.)
Checking In for Lunch
- Open the app before the daily cutoff time (usually 9:30 AM, but check with your administrator)
- Tap the "Check In for Today" button on the home screen
- Confirm your attendance when prompted
- You'll receive a confirmation notification
Viewing Your History
- Navigate to the "My History" tab
- View your attendance record and payment status
- Filter by date range or payment status
Making Payments
- Go to the "Payments" section
- View your current balance
- Select a payment method
- Follow the prompts to complete payment
For Administrators
Managing Users
- Access the Admin Dashboard
- Select "User Management"
- Add new users, edit profiles, or deactivate accounts as needed
Generating Reports
- Go to the "Reports" section
- Select report type (attendance, payments, trends)
- Set date parameters
- Export or share reports as needed

Q: Is there a mobile app available?
A: Yes, the Lunch Attendance App is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Q: Can I cancel my lunch check-in?
A: Yes, but only before the cutoff time. After that, cancellation policies are set by your
administrator.

A: Refund policies are set by your company. Typically, cancellations before the cutoff time are eligible
for full refunds.

A: Yes, you can enable auto-pay in the payment settings section.
